Each appointment requires a $250.00 deposit that is non-refundable/non-transferable but will be applied towards your balance on the day our service is rendered. You are required to pay your services in full on your appointment day in cash! You cannot cancel an appointment and try to re-book one with the same deposit. All services are à la carte which means all services are booked individually unless otherwise noted. Wash is not included in this service. Hair must be relaxed or washed and dried prior to appointment. For natural hair please blow dry hair as straight as possible failure to do so will result in a $75 service fee. Hair is not included in this service but can be purchased at a additional cost. If this is a custom service please inform me in advance.
